Njeri Gachomba, alias by stage name as Njambi has come out as a member of the LGBT community.
Speaking in one of her videos on her YouTube channel alongside Dennis Karari and another friend, Njambi went on to explain her experience with a lady she had a relationship with.
“These things are normal… Guys traumatized me, society kills people so much. Some are isolated by their families, taken for prayers… Or even chased away from their homes. Africans make it feel like it’s a bad thing to love someone of the same gender. Like it’s a sin,” she said.
The former Real Househelps of Kawangware actor further said she has chosen to come out to create awareness and no one should blame her for that decision.
“As Denis Karari says, let's not judge people based on who they love. It doesn’t mean am a bad person, I am not stealing nor killing someone… People say LGBT members are bad.
What’s the point about my life? Allow us to acknowledge LGBT people, love is love,” Njambi said.
She narrated about her past and the only time she experienced true love, and no guys, she is not talking about her baby daddy, she is talking about one of her schoolmates with whom she had a romantic affair with.
