A 40-year-old man has left many in shock after he is accused of defiling his 10-year-old daughter in a hospital bed. 
According to sources, the daughter of the alleged man had been admitted in hospital after she was diagnosed with Malaria.
The man is alleged to have separated with his wife for sometime.
According to hospital management, the daughter had already been discharged but due to delayed hospital bill, she has been in hospital for sometime as the father went back home to bring money.
It's alleged that the man returned back at the hospital without money and requested the medics to spend the night with his daughter but he ended up defiling her.
A mother who had a sick child witnessed the whole incident and immediately alarted the nurse and explained everything.
The suspect ran away after he noticed that the matter had been reported to the hospital's authorities.
The area police boss always alarted and he arrived at the scene immediately and confirmed the incident.
The man was arrested and currently in police custody awaiting to be arraigned in court as investigations into the incident continues.
