Joyce has been on a journey trying to improve her body appearance. Earlier on Joyce maina shared on chaptspot that she would go for a breast surgery since to her sometimes its a burden.
Along the way, Joyce found a better way to improve her body appearance. After Nana enrolled and started her waist training journey, joyce was inspired and decided to start a journey of her own.
Joyce has been on the same journey and has come out to share her experience with the process. Here are a few tips that you should know.
1. You must reduce the portion of the food you take.
People are always eating and to most of them its more of a favourite thing to do. Joyce advised that eating too much is not advisable. Just eat enough for your body and work on putting on the waist trainer.
2. Work out.
Always ensure you work out. Go to the gym and ensure you lose the unnecessary fats if you want to have a tiny waist you can show off.
3. Do not wash the waist trainer with a washing machine.
Washing it with a washing machine will reduce its effectiveness. Always ensure you handwash it and use your favourite detergent.
4. In the first days you have to put it on before eating.
During the initial stages of waist training, it is very difficult to put it in when your stomach is full. Always ensure you put it on before eating since it is easier that way. Also, you can put it on for a duration of several hours to void feeling like it is suffocating you.
Joyce offered these tips for everyone who wants to go on a journey like hers. She also warned her followers that 'hawatapumua' Instagram after she attains a waist of 25. She is planning to go all out to show her waist goals with the public.
