Further reports suggest that the woman claimed the slap made part of her weave come out and police took a battery report and named Chris as the suspect.
TMZ also reports the alleged victim had no injuries, aside from the allegedly dislodged weave, and no arrests have been made.
It is the second time in as many months police were called to Chris' home with the first being his massive birthday bash in May, which police responded early in the morning.
Chris Brown has previously been accused of assaulting women with his major case being eight years ago when he beat up and wounded his then girlfriend Pop star Rihanna. Pictures from that incident in 2009 showed Rihanna with a busted lip, black eye and bruising on her face.
