Mwanahamisi Hamadi is a Luhya by tribe but she has lived in coastal region in Kenya and this is where her fluency in Swahili comes from. Mwanahamisi Hamadi broadcast Mwanamke Bomba which aires every Tuesday at 7pm at Citizen TV.
About her education, Mwanahamisi Hamadi went did her primary and secondary education very well and she later joined University of Nairobi where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts.
About her career journey, Mwanahamisi Hamadi has been working for Royal Media Services owned station known as Citizen TV for more than eleven years. She is the producer of Mwanamke Bomba Segment that aires on Tuesday 7pm after she anchor Swahili news. Mwanahamisi Hamadi also used to host 'Siha na Maumbile Show' that aired every Thursday on Citizen TV. The show was used to explain causes of illness and their medications. She was later awarded for her efforts to empower women through her Show 'Mwanamke Bomba'.
About her family, Mwanahamisi Hamadi is married secretly to Salim Cheka who worked at Radio Salaam but later separated and were blessed with one daughter.
