Things You Did Not Know About Kambua Of Citizen TV

Janet Kambua is a TV host for the Kubamba show which airs on citizen TV every Sunday morning and hosts a number of gospel artists.

The show has also visited several schools and has broadcasted live from those schools particularly before covid 19 struck.

Kambua has announced her departure from the show after she has served on royal media services for 12 years.

She hosted her last show on Sunday of January 16 2022 and her co hosts bid her an emotional send off live on air.

Below are some things you may not have known about the TV girl.

She was born in Nairobi on 10th November 1989 to her father, professor Manundu and her mother, Lois Manundu who is a gospel evangelist.

She attended Lukenya high school after completing her primary education. She later went to Berklee college of music in Boston, USA and advanced her studies at Ambrose University in Calgary.

Kambua then joined royal media where she has been an host of the Kubamba show. Aside from TV, she is also a talented gospel artist and has two albums under her belt.

The artist runs a YouTube channel where she engages viewers with her music and shares her stories. She is also a writer and blogs on gospel content and encouragement. She also does online promotion of various brands and at such she has earned alot through online jobs.

Kambua is married to pastor Mathu and she is also a proud mother.
