Deputy President William Ruto’s elder daughter June Ruto last year married the love of her life, Dr Alexander Ezenagu. The marriage was one of a kind with everything planned out exquisitely by the royal family.
The event was attended by close DP Ruto’s allies including Musalia Mudavadi. It was a colorful wedding with a mixture of modern and both traditions.
One year later, the couple is celebrating their first year in marriage. In a post on her social media platform, June gushed over her husband and anniversary.
"1 year married and half our lives together. Here's to more adventures."
June attached their wedding photo’s reminding herself of the journey she took. The two have been blessed with a child during their one year in marriage.
June Ruto’s wedding was extremely hyped and Kenyans expected the President to show up but never did despite being invited.
This was one of the many signs that Ruto and Uhuru’s relationship was extremely damaged.
