Famous Kenyan gospel singer Jimmy Gait has labelled church girls hypocrites and alleged that most of them pretend to be God fearing and faithful but cheat on their spouses behind the scenes. According to the mellow-voiced singer , he has tried dating church girls but things didn't work.
Gait says that he wants a woman who is saved and not religious because of his past experiences with church girls. " I have tried dating women in church but it did not work. I want a woman who is saved and not religious. Most of the church girls are religious but they are not really what they portray. I have always dated church girls and there's a lot of hypocrisy " he said.
The singer added that the dating scene in Nairobi is crazy since most men and women in the city are not serious. He alleged that alot of ladies in Nairobi are only interested in money and clout when they fall in love.
Gait revealed that he has dated several ladies in the city and sent alot of bus fare but still, he is yet to get that special woman that he will spend the rest of his life with. " I have dated quite a number of times and it didn't work, nimetuma fare sana. Lakini hii Nairobi ni Nairoberry, " he added.
Jimmy Gait confirmed that he still single, waiting for God to bless him with a lady that he can connect with. " For me I want someone who I can connect with and that's not easy to come by but I am trusting God, " he added.
