#Bahati breaks the silence
With a lot of speculations about his whereabouts after losing the Mathare parliamentary election, Bahati has finally resurfaced. He has never appeared in any public event ever since and many people getting concerned about hi well being, with most netizens wishing him and his family y'all the best in whatever situation they are going through.
Rough Election
Despite having greater hopes of winning the elections, Bahati could not even come closer to clinging the title race. He was defeated by ODM's Anthony Oluoch who came first with 28,098 voted, the UDA's Billian who managed 16,912 votes. While Bahati came third with 8,166 votes vying under the Jubilee party.
Mambo ya Mhesh
Kenyan singer Bahati has released a new song, hours after revealing that he will be making a big announcement today on Tuesday 4th.
The 'huge announcement' made Kenyans eager to know what was going on with the artist who had tried his luck in politics but lost terribly and got the shameful part of it, and thus, attracting a number of fans to his official YouTube channel during the time for the 'huge announcement'
Around noon today, the time that he had promised to address the nation, Bahati released a song by the title, (Mambo ya mhesh)
This is after being silent for long ever since the August General election loss that many thought maybe could have led him into depression, but it seems he is back stronger than before.
Music career return.
Since politics seems not to be friendly for anyone, Bahati also included, it seems he has decided to get back to his singing career.
Many celebrities, moreso musicians and comedians in Kenya, tend to confuse between social media likes and popularity to political fame.
This leads them to vying for political seats only to end up embarrassed, with only a smaller percentage clinging the vied for position.
