There is a new conversation on the social media pages on who is the richest artist in East Africa and also in Africa. This all came about when Wasafi CEO, Diamond Platnumz's name was missing in the African list.
The controversial gospel artist, Ringtone Apoko took the chance to boost his name to being the richest artist in East Africa. Through his Instagram page, he formed a list that made him the number one. Number two is Diamond Platnumz, number three is Akothee, number four is ugandan based Eddy Kenzo and number five is the legend Jose Chameleon.
This is Ringtones list and not the official forbes list. Ringtone went ahead and stated what he owns that makes him the richest artist. He says he owns five houses in Muthaiga, Karen and Kilimani. He also owns a ranch in Naivasha, a beach house in Mombasa and Malindi. He owns also 3 four star hotels, apartments in Nairobi, a helicopter and a yacht.
He went ahead and mentioned that he is in the farming Industry where he owns a wheat and avocado farm. He also has over 150 cows, 200 goats and 100 sheep. All these are the assets he owns. No one is sure whether this information is true or just lies. Ringtone is known of expressing how rich he is on social media, self proclaiming himself to being the chairman of the gospel industry in Kenya.
