Kambua a well known gospel artist in Kenya just a few hours ago announced the demise of her second child Malachi Manundu Mathiga Mathi days after he was born. This came as a shock to many as she had a normal pregnancy journey with no complications at all and it was expected for to deliver safely.
This happens months after announcing her second pregnancy. A pregnancy that announcement that came a year after her delivering her Firstborn son Nathaniel.
The death of her son happened days after he was born. And in her caption Kambua acknowledged of how the doctors had done their best despite her son not making it. And how It broke their hearts as a family.
"Malachi is now free from pain, and any worldy care. Our tears fall freely because our hearts are broken beyond words. But our faith and hope remains unshaken because we have our trust in a dependable God," she wrote
She also went ahead and said how much they had loved him and that he will forever be in their hearts.
You were deeply loved, and will forever be remembered. Your father, your mommy, and your brother Nathaniel, will carry you in our hearts always," Kambua wrote.
Kambua is married to Pastor Jackson Mathu and the two have a son together by the name Nathaniel Muhoro Mathu
Many celebrities and fans took upon themselves to send the family their condolences with comforting words.
A parent should never have to bury their child(ren). Let's take a moment to pray for this family to have the strength to fight through this trying time. All will be well.
