The World is totally dependent on social media and it's difficult to find someone who doesn't use social media. The usage of social media on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has grown much faster day by day.
However anything existing on this world has alot of advantage for people but also many negativity for people. It has affected society in it's own way.
People who get affected are mostly the celebrities and influencers. They get trolled and bullied online. People don't understand that they are humans too, with their own struggles, challenges and hardships.
On her Instastories, brand influencer and digital content creator, Murugi Munyi shared a post sent to her by one of her followers. The person said that he/she was going to unfollow the influencer.
"I never understand why someone would message me and tell me they're unfollowing me. Like - I didn't even know you were here, why are you announcing your exit?"
Murugi went on to state that,
"I'm not saying this to be rude but if you're following anyone and you decide not to (not just me - anyone), just unfollow. Dm si lazima by the way."
