Mugithii singer Kareh B went into depression, after her sister died. Former NTV news anchor Winnie Mukami who was her sister died after battling Covid 19 in the year 2021, so Kareh struggle so much to accept her loss. She even added so much weight in the process, and she is now managing her weight.
You should know that it hurts so much, if a person loses a loved one. The pains doesn’t go away that easily, and we have seen many people committing suicide. You should know that people who loves each other always shares a strong bond, and it usually doesn’t break that easily.
Some people have went into depression, after they lost their loved ones. You should never allow yourself to be in a depression mode, because depression can kill you. You should know that you can avoid depression, if you talk to people.
You should never keep things in your heart that will hurt you, instead you should let it out of your chest. You should never let depression to get the better part of you, instead you should learn to control it. Kareh loved her sister very much, and they shared a lot of things in common. Kareh lost herself, after Covid 19 took away the person she loved very much. Depression made her add extra weight, because she stopped giving attention to herself.
Kareh is currently trying very hard, so that she can cop up with life without her sister around. She is trying very hard, so that she can completely recover from depression. Many things have caused people to go into depression currently in Kenya, because the economy of Kenya is currently giving many people headaches.
Many people are going into depression, and they don’t know what to do. Let us hope that Kareh will manage to overcome depression, and she will be alright in the end.
