Mugithii singer Kareh B went into depression, after her sister died. Former NTV news anchor Winnie Mukami who was her sister died after battling Covid 19 in the year 2021, so Kareh struggle so much to accept her loss. She even added so much weight in the process, and she is now managing her weight.

You should never let depression to get the better part of you, instead you should learn to control it. Kareh loved her sister very much, and they shared a lot of things in common. Kareh lost herself, after Covid 19 took away the person she loved very much. Depression made her add extra weight, because she stopped giving attention to herself.

Kareh is currently trying very hard, so that she can cop up with life without her sister around. She is trying very hard, so that she can completely recover from depression.
