For a good number of days, there have been posters making rounds on social media platforms alleging that the comedian and radio presenter Felix Oduor alias Jalango is actually in the race for Lang'ata constituency parliamentary seat 2022.
The comedian was alleged to battling for the seat with Raila's aide and lawyer Silas Chepkeres Jakakimba who has publicly registered his interest for the seat.
After a long period of silence, the comedian finally took to the public to give his side of the story concerning the allegations.
According to Jalango, he is still yet to announce his interests for the seat and he advised to treat the allegations making rounds with the contempt they deserve.
He added that the allegations are just the work of his opponents who have already panicked even though he is yet to make any announcement.
"Ignore! They have already panicked we have not announced anything," Jalango said through his facebook page.The Lang'ata constituency parliamentary seat is currently occupied by Hon. Nixon Korir of Jubilee Party and will also be defending his seat in 2022.
