Wanjiku is popularly known as Vanessa in Citizen Television show 'Maria'. She plays the role of a girl who comes from a rich family but falls in love with a young man called Silas from a humble background.
Even though her parents are against the affair the two love birds stick to each other through thick and thin. Silas mother goes ahead to look for a girl from the same background as his but his heart still sticks with Vanessa.
Kenyans fell in love with Wanjiku's acting skills and she has over 400k followers on Instagram yet she became popular last year.
Everybody has a hobby and talent and apart from acting Wanjiku has shown her followers that she is made of many hidden talents.
Her talent has however landed her in trouble with her followers who termed her as immoral and misleading the young ones who look unto her as role model.
She posted a video of her dancing a style who h most ladies refer to as 'twerking'. In the video Wanjiku is wearing a white short dress. Her followers got angry and could not hide their disappointment.
