Popular South Sudanese rapper 'Hot Dog' reportedly admitted in Nairobi Hospital has pleaded with his fans and friends to help him raise funds for urgent surgery.
According to the sources, Hot Dog has been suffering from a brain tumor for some time now.

Reportedly he was to be flown to Canada for special treatment but his family opted to take him to Nairobi since the procedure of traveling to Canada was too long.
His condition has been deteriorating which has left the left side of his body paralyzed making it unable for him to operate normally.
He is currently scheduled to have an urgent surgery but his family isn't in the position financially to help.
However, a section of South Sudanese online has turned out to wish him a speedy recovery as some pledged to support him.
The rapper is known for his hit song 'Tuk De Ming'. May he be healed.
