Before joining Citizen, Yvonne had worked at various TV and radio stations. Interestingly, the last born of three siblings took her post graduate studies at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) where she majored in Bsc Microbiology, Zoology, Botany and Chemistry.
Born on 16th March, 1983, Yvonne was about 10years old when she started hosting the KBC's children show.
She also worked at KTN as a senior Anchor and content creator. On 22nd April 2018, Yvonne ended her contract of 5years with KTN and joined Citizen TV in June 2018.
The Celebrated TV girl has a taste of fashion and has been spotted on attractive attire which she posts on her social media accounts.
Today, 1st March, marks the beginning of her birthday month and Yvonne is happy about it.
Taking to instagram, she posted a picture where she was dressed like a real queen and wished her fans a nice first day of the week which also acts as the 1st day of a new month.
Her followers were attracted to her dressing and did not notice her caption to the photo.
However, they were all commenting on how rocking she looked as she sat on the magnificent seat.
The first to comment was the Renowned actor, vanessa, who features on citizen TV', Maria drama.
Vanessa said that's how a real queen seats on her throne.
