For the past three years, Sarah Cohen has been spending time in jail following the shocking murder of famous Tycoon Tob Cohen.
Interestingly, the DPP has now dropping her case, setting her free.
Well questions have been raised as to who killed the famous Tycoon and what could have been the motive.
Earlier on, Sarah lost ownership of the multi billion property they co owned with Tob Cohen.
According to sources, Sarah Wairimu, wife of the late Dutch businessman Tob Cohen, is demanding for the immediate release of their matrimonial property after the murder case against her was dropped and the matter turned into an inquest.
Wairimu is now free from the shackles of a murder trial she describes as torture for the last three years.
Kenyans are now waiting to see who will be held liable for the mysterious murder of the said businessman.
