Samchi group of companies CEO Esther Muchemi has shared with her fans her everyday morning routine on her facebook page.The routine has really motivated her fans who shared their motivation in the comment section of the postion.She states that the way she starts her day affects her physical,mental and spiritual daily outlook and because of that she established a almost robotic morning rountine.Her morning routine is like the following.
She wakes up at 4.30 am,latest 5 am.She takes a glass of lemon water and proceeds to take her morning exercise.She then takes her morning meditation which includes praying,worshipping and reading the word.She then proceeds to check her diary and critically create a mental note of the days activities.She then has her breakfast,dress up for the day and later leave for work.She stated that the routine looks easily but a slight miss of any of those activities will really affect her day.Below are some of the comments from her fans who looked motivated by her routine.
