This attracted attention of many netizens. Some claimed that the Halloween festival is satanic and not recognized in Kenyan culture. Some advised King Kaka to know the deeper meaning if the holiday before introducing it to his daughter. However, some netizens condemned those who were judging King Kaka claiming that Halloween is just a ceremony and has nothing to do with satanic or demonic origin.

Halloween is a holiday or festival which originated from ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. It is celebrated on 31st October. Pope Gregory III designated November first as a time to honor all saints. Evening before it was called All Hallows Eve and later changed to Halloween. It marked the end of summer and welcomed the begging of cold winter. Activities such as trick-or-treating, curving jack-o'-lantern, festive gathering, eating, wearing costumes and lighting bonfires to ward off ghosts.
