With tear-soaked hankies and night vigils waiting for miracles, G.O.A.T wives are no longer accepting slights and bullcrap from their husbands and side chics.
They are avenging themselves in their own unique way. Take Amira, for example, who has converted her husband's (Jamal Roho Safi) philandering activities into a profitable business enterprise and is now being covered in mainstream media, something her mate has yet to accomplish.
The Mugithi virtuoso Samuel Muchoki aka Samidoh has often waxed gibberish during interviews about how his wife Edday Nderitu is his good luck charm and that he has immense love and respect for her, he turns around and sings spooky lyrics during live performances about how he climbs his baby mama Karen Nyamu.
Edday has chosen to display her disdain in various subtle, or perhaps not so subtle, ways, tired of his doublespeak, one day apologizing, the next day impregnating Nyamu again.
For starters, she skipped her husband's homecoming in December last year after his month-long tour of the United States, and now she has taken to Instagram to publicly support Nyamu's challenger for the Nairobi Senatorial seat.
Ms. Nderitu raved about Julie Kabogo, published images of the two of them together, and said that she will run for the seat through Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria's Chama Cha Kazi Party.
“My Senator (Nairobi senator 2022) #chamachakazi#mbokanadoo#[email protected]_kabogo” she wrote.
Nyamu is vying for the same seat, but under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
An impatient audience, however, is seen urging that the senatorial candidate sit down, while others are heard saying, "Wewe Maliza Uende Hatutaki Kudanganywa Sai".
