Kameme FM presenter Muthoni Wakirumba has revealed she left her colleague Evangelist Lucy wa Ngunjiri's birthday party an disappointed and unhappy person.
Wa Ngunjiri celebrated her 50th birthday on Wednesday night at the Prayers Beyond Boundaries (PBP) church in Ngara, Nairobi.
Dubbed a "Ladies Only" night of dinner and dance, Wa Ngunjiri had invited her female friends in the media, entertainment, business, and in other professions.

Bishop Ruth Wamuyu, Pastor Mercy Ken, Pastor Anne wa Lawrence, Dr Sarah K and Dr Sarah Kimunyi, a Nominated MCA in Kiambu, were present.
Ann wa Muratha, Betty Bayo, Shiru wa GP, Carol Wanjiru, Loise Kim, Virginiah Sandaka, and Lusia Wahome also grace the event of their colleague in the music industry.
Speaking during her mid-morning show on Kameme FM, Wakirumba said she had a great time interacting with Wa Ngunjiri's guests who she said really inspired her.
The pretty presenter, however, said even though there was plenty of sumptuous food, she was disappointed for lack of drinks.
"To be honest, I expected we would be served with a glass of wine or some Muratina. It is our tradition as Agikuyu to take a drink when celebrating one's birthday," Wakirumba jokingly told her co-host Muthee Kihenjo.
The radio queen is known for her flamboyant lifestyle and admits she loves big parties and sampling expensive wines.
“I’m a party animal. I enjoy big parties with my ‘male sponsors’, who are filthy rich. They pay all the bills. At one time in Dubai we spent Ksh300,000 on a bottle of wine,” she said in a past interview with her colleague Dan Wainaina.
