Meet The Only One Person In The World Who Cannot Be Arrested

Queen Elizabeth II and former US president Donald Trump at a past event image/courtesy.

Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom is the only person in the world who cannot be arrested no matter what crimes she may commit.

According to Halbury's Laws of England, the monarch is free from arrest in all situations and members of the royal household are immune from civil prosecutions.  A strange rule states that no arrests can be conducted "in the monarch's presence".

The court also disburses its duties as a result of Her Majesty the Queen, and being prosecuted would imply that she would have to prosecute herself.

Furthermore, the Queen enjoys diplomatic immunity, which means she may commit a crime almost anywhere in the world and get away with it.

But as noted on the Royal Family website, the queen is very careful in ensuring that all of her personal activities are conducted in strict accordance with the law, which simply means it's very rare to find her indulging in crimes activities.
