Eric, who is currently the President of Comedy Africa, is an award-winning comedian who has been flying high the Kenyan flag as far as the Comedy industry is concerned. He was crowed the comedian of the year in 2020 for the third time in a row by African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEAUSA). It is no doubt that Eric has reached the pinnacle of success in his journey as a comedian.
He owns an expensive house in Karen, Nairobi county which he moved into for security purposes. The house and the land on which it sits cost him a total of Ksh 141 million. According to him, the house itself cost him Ksh 72.5 million and the land was acquired at Ksh 69 million.
It is a luxury house with fancy living rooms both downstairs and upstairs, a high-end kitchen with top-class appliances, an office, state-of-the-art ensuites, among the many other amenities. The exterior has a swimming pool and resting area equipped with parasol-like umbrella shades. Also in the vicinity is a garage which is seen harbouring a fleet of the comedian’s rides.
In a career spanning 14 years, the comic has managed to create a name for himself not only in Kenya but beyond Africa. His success is emblematized by the wealth he has been able to amass throughout his career. Omondi said the launch was his long-time dream that he got to fulfil.
