Timothy Kimani aka Njugush has now joined the ever-growing list of self-made CEOS in Kenya. Well, let me first give you a brief life history of the comedian.
He is a well-known Kenyan YouTuber who began from the ground up. His Youtube channel has for years experienced exponential growth while together with his girlfriend now wife Celestine Ndinda.
Their love story is a fairy tale worth listening to. When they were in college, Njugush was financially dependent on his girlfriend. And according to Aoko Atieno on Twitter, Celestine always got Njugush's back, back in the day and always shared her food with him when he was broke.
His comedy career began when he acted in his former college, and he was later given the opportunity to act in local shows.
The humour encompassed in his videos is what keeps fans demanding more. Despite his social status, he has always kept a low-key profile together with his life partner.
Njugush and Celestine are now the founders of BEKNIT, a fashion line they recently launched. Judging from a sneak peek on their social media pages, the fashion line has both genders covered including children.
The majority of Kenyans including celebrities have already embraced their new brand and now the demand for the products has exceeded supply. This is according to an Instagram story posted by Njugush himself.
Well, we wish them well in their new business venture. Below are photos of comedians Njugush and Celestine rocking in their brand clothes.
