Evelyn Wanjiru is a well known gospel artist, who has been on the limelight for some years now.
She majorly used Swahili language, a thing that has made her to have a good fan base all over the country.
Wanjiru is married for over 8 years to a music producer Agunda Bweni.
The two started off in Nakuru county in a very humble way as Wanjiru was singing on the streets of Kaptembwa and Shaban, where she was residing.
It is then that they got married after producing her first hit song 'Nikufahamu Zaidi' and shifted to Nairobi.
Just before, Wanjiru has tried her luck on Tusker Project Fame, where she met famous judge Ian and Gathingithia who saw that one day she will be a star.
As she posted the video during her trial, she advice his followers not to give up and more so not to despise a humble beginning.
Wanjiru is currently an established artist who is doing livebands with ease.
