The family of gospel artist Esther Wanjiku who passed away on Sunday evening has broken silence on the circumstances that led to her untimely demise.
Her husband John Kamau stated that Esther had been sick for two weeks and she was under medication. The illness wasn't made public since it was not that serious.
Her death came as a shock because on the fateful day, Esther had gotten better and even did all the house chores.
In the afternoon, she became sickly and was rushed to hospital where she died while undergoing treatment.
Her mother says she had seen a vision about Esther's death and was ready for it since God does everything for a reason.
Esther has been mourned by her family as a woman who loved everyone. Burial plans are currently ongoing.
May she continue resting in peace and may God comfort the family during this hard period of mourning.
