Celebrity status is a virus that if you don't immunize yourself from its effects, your life is doomed. Omosh was one of the many household names in the acting scene, with the famous local drama "Tahidi High"
He is popular with both the young and old in his acting prowess but as things take turn, he is for famous in 'other' activities.
Not less than a month ago Omosh trending and through pity people came to his aid in terms of finance. Jalango one of the famous comedian organized a fund drive and supported Omosh.
People where happy for that and wished him the best of luck in his endeavors. To the suprise of many a video of him resurfaced when he is drunk and can hardly stand on his own. This was immediately after he decided to broadcast his financial constrains in a local station asking for further help.
People were quick to castigate Naomi Kamau, Omosh's elder sister, insulted her for supposedly neglecting her brother.
All she had to say was, "As a family, we know Omosh better than you kenyans, we've tried our level best to stand with him".
The funds in different platforms are disappointed in Omosh and the guy still has the guts to be arrogant saying he didn't force anyone to help him.
Celebrities in Kenya and the whole world at large should be educated on saving and creating investment because fame doesn't last forever. Such behaviors of shame will be avoided and at least people won't be carried away by the limelight.
