The celebrated rapper revealed that doctors did not know what he was ailing from as he lost more than thirty kilograms (30 kgs) over the period he was ailing.
After coming out to put open his experience while receiving medical attention over the weeks, a blogging site by the wemedia name "Hot News Kenya" decided to report wrongly about his statement.
The bloggers wrote that King Kaka was bidding his goodbyes to Kenyans as they alleged that he was going to die.
However, the rapper is still alive and improving his health as he stated that he is going to take action to the negative blog they wrote about him and his condition.
King Kaka wrote: "Why would bloggers spread lies? Ni nini hua mbaya nao. We should report this page."
This should be condemned and action be taken against them as they might be spreading some bitter lies.
