Politician David Murathe's son Davidson Wakairu celebrated his 30th birthday on July 9 in glitz and glamour that left many tongues wagging.
Among the people who had to pick their jaws from the ground were gospel musician Owen Muhati (Daddy Owen) who was an invited guest.
He is described as a tycoon and an extroverted, easygoing man by his close friends. He is also a well-known event planner in Nairobi.

Among those who attended his birthday party is the cabinet Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture CS Peter Munya.
Davidson Wakairu, got the mum a beautiful bouquet of flowers and even got her to dance for a bit to celebrate his big day.
A relaxed David Murathe could be seen smiling ear to ear as his family sang the traditional happy birthday song for their son.
