Well, the flamboyant leader during his usual duty on Saturday, 26 managed to pay a visit to Thogoto teachers college where he was warmly welcomed by Madam Kahinga who is the institution's principal
What elicited numerous reactions online is after he was spotted enjoying this moment while surrounded by beautiful ladies.
In consonance with photos shared online, the CEO who was clad in official attire could be seen dancing with Mwomboko dancers who were dressed in brown cultural attire.
Despite unavailability of the event's video online, one could easily conclude from the numerous photos that Ezekiel Mutua was at the climax of his spirits while jamming to the musical moment.
While confirming the incidence, Ezekiel Mutua took to social media informing that event was all about Thogoto's drama and cultural day and he was invited as guest of honour.
He further noted that his ministry is delighted to promote music and culture by working with different institutions countrywide
"We are delighted to work with different institutions to promote our cultural values through different forms of artistic expression, especially music given it's centrality in all forms of human communication," he penned down.
