Citizen TV undercover journalist Purity Mwambia is back after a long break.
Last year in July, she hit the media by her report compilation of “Virusi Safarini” and the English version of it “Virus Safaris”.The investigative report was about the driver who was ferrying passengers to other places of the country despite the president's restrictions on the succession of movement.
The report brought controversial opinions from the netizens , some claiming the journalist ruined the life of the driver, while others praised her for the report.
This year however , she has compiled a report on “Silaha Mtaani”. The report was basically about how guns and other amnitions are being sold out to thugs by police officers.
The report has brought tension among netizens on how this exercise is being conducted. Considering the fact that the report revolves around security, the netizens are asking that Purity Mwambia should be given tight security by the Royal Media Services and Citizen TV in particular.
Others praised the work done by the journalist and proposed that she should be given a token from the work that she does.
