Zuchu is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter signed to Wasafi's record label. She was awarded the Gold and Silver play buttons after surpassing one million YouTube subscribers within a month. She became the first East African female artist to reach that milestone in such a short period of time.
Her influence saw several companies hire her to market their products. However, seems she is not happy. In one of her posts, she expressed her disappointment with some of the people she has worked with. According to her, she does most of the work but when it comes to payment, the people take the bigger share. She added that it's never a favor because they agree and even sign a contract before anything else. She demanded total respect as well as her money.
So, could she be addressing the management of Wasafi records label? Or has she started clout chasing too? However, Zuchu isn't an attention seeker, right?
