It was a bad day for celebrated NTV journalist Kennedy Muriithi after losing a mobile phone worth more than Kshs 100,000 at ANC's National Delegates Conference (NDC) held at the Bomas of Kenya.

According to reports, the reporter lost his Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and he is currently in distress as he does much of his work through the phone.

He disclosed that the phone is still on urging the police to assist him in tracking the device while asking Kenyans to ignore in case anyone calls via his phone number asking for money.
"Many people have lost phones at the event. I am just sad that I have lost alot of data. I use the phone to do most of my work. The phone is still on. I request the police to assist me in getting it. For now, if anyone calls you on my line asking for money, ignore," he stated.
