A viral clip has sparked serious uproar across the internet after a rogue cop was spotting ruthlessly manhandling a motorist before he entered his vehicle.
In a clip shared by CitizenTVKe, the rogue officer was seen straining to reach out to the driver's side when he decided to jump in.
He was clearly seen forcing his way into the vehicle leaving the scared motorists without words, luckily the news crew was in place and the whole incident was filmed.
