He infact revealed this in his latest post on his insta stories, where he shared videos of how he had attended her wedding that was held today at some undisclosed location.
From the videos, it was clear that the event was also graced by King Kaka's wife and mother to his kids Nana Owiti, and also his biological mother Elizabeth Ombima.
The wedding was also colourful and the invitees even took part in dancing to some Kikuyu songs, that were playing in the background as seen in the links below.
King Kaka was also over the moon because of the milestone.
"Congratulations siz, I am happy @winipooluv" he wrote.

Even though from the post King Kaka never disclosed the name of his sister's husband, a quick check into her Facebook account clearly shows that he goes by the moniker of Anthony Mawu Asare.

He is infact a Ghanaian and the two also live in Ghana.
According to Antony's Facebook bio, he is a former marketing communications at GCB Bank PLC, and he is also a former marketing agent at Samsung Ghana Limited.
He is also an alumnus of the University Of Professional Studies in Accra and went to Mawuli School too.
Meanwhile Winnie Wakaba is a teacher at Peace Corps, and also a former Business Development Assistant at NCBA CLUSA International.
According to a post that Anthony Mawu Asare made on June on his Facebook account, it is clear that he stated that the two would have their traditional wedding in Kenya in October as shown below.
The lovebirds however already did another proper wedding presumably in Ghana, and it took place on the 5th of October 2019 which is the day that they mark their anniversaries.
