Gathee is one of the best Kikuyu artists who command a huge number of followers on all his social media platforms including his YouTube channel which goes by his stage name, Gathee Wa Njeri Official channel. His channel has a huge number of subscribers and millions of viewers.
When it comes to education, Gathee is the most educated Kikuyu artist with a master's degree in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University.
Gathee is the current member of the county assembly for the Gauri ward which is in the Kiharu constituency, Muranga county where he was elected as an independent candidate.
