The particular photo drawing attention was taken during the official event and was first shared by William Ruto on his official pages.
The twitter user going by the name Richie told Passaris boldly that she was dressing like a twenty five year old lady.
Richie then suggested she should consider wearing something longer considering her age.
"Consider wearing a longer dress next time. You are 55 now not 25," he advised her.
Passaris seems to have agreed as she only corrected Richie about her.
She clarified that she will be turning fifty eight in this month of October, and not 55 as the guy said.
Do you think Richie was right about the dress? Should we slam people about their dressing choices?
"I see Nothing wrong with her dress she is modestly and smartly dressed. Her wardrobe is her choice," defended Philip.
Some hit back at Richie for going after a lady who is not his wife.
"The farthest you can go in advicing a woman on how to dress, is speaking to your own wife, not even your mother for she's your father's responsibility!" said David.
Another user was however in agreement.
"Passaris should be modest as a leader in this country and at her age thats inappropriate," wrote Hajir.
