If you are a fan of Kikuyu radio stations, you might have come across this young and famous Kikuyu radio station called Gukena Fm which is attracting many listeners and followers on all their social media platforms and also on live airing.
Then if you frequently visit social media sites, especially Facebook you might have come across Gukrna Fm posts which they are asking people to vote for the best Kikuyu artists.
This station creates online opinion polls and after their fan participate they announce the one who has been voted by a huge number of followers.
This activity has been rebelled and rebuked by some people who are saying that it is not fair nor good to choose the best artist because each artist has his or her uniqueness. People also said that there is no king in the music industry who can satisfy the whole Kenyan population and thus Gukena should stop this activity.
