A refugee by routes, Comedian Ak Dans born Akau Daniel Jambo is a South Sudan national who has been lately touring African countries to crack the ribs of his fans all over. Born in the Kakuma refugee camp, his story has never been the same again.Comments have always been made on how Dans resembles a popular Kenyan Comedian Edwin Butita alias Eddie Butita. Well, its evidently vivid, these two really look alike, and its a coincidence that they are both comedians.
Celebrating his birthday yesterday, Ak Dans long time friend Comedian YY went on his Instagram to wish him joy on that special day, below the post tagging comedian Eddie Butita, Dans look alike. This sparked reactions from fans and fellow comedians who made fun out of this.
Comedian Fred Omondi commented;
" Eddie Butita umeweka dredi."
Which loosely translates to
"Eddie Butita you nowadays have dreads."
Mostly making comedy about his life at the refugee camp, his comedies are some of the most humurous we can tell. In a comedy show here in Kenya, Ak Dans asked the audience whether he really looks like Butita as people say. The answer is obvious.
Some fans however argued in the comments section that the two comedians might be sharing one of their parents unknowingly, this is scientifically false. Looking alike does not necessarily mean you share the same parents.
There is definitely a mathematical chance for two look-alikes to exist. It is therefore proved that in this world, you have atleast one person who looks exactly like you, even if you have never come across each other.
We have had so many instances in the country right from the President Uhuru Kenyatta to other known celebrities. With time you will also come across your look alike. Share your reactions on the comments section.
