Brenda Wairimu went on Instagram live to reveal that she was experiencing regular anxiety attacks. Anxiety attacks are mental health disorders characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety,y or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities. Brenda explained that she had experienced sleepless nights. This was after she had only managed to sleep for only two hours.
Brenda Wairimu went on to say that the anxiety attacks brought a certain ache in her stomach that prevented her from eating. She added that she experienced anxiety attacks prior to a big day on set.
Brenda went on to ask for advice from her fans who had turned up to listen to her. She said she didn't trust any therapist because they eventually reveal someone's secret either to the press or the paparazzi. She added that she tries praying and eating a balanced diet but is far they haven't helped her in her attacks.
