Badi Muhksin graced the TV screens for the better part of the 90s and all throughout the 2000s as a news anchor at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation.
He was a beloved face on the screens of many who owned a Television back then with his deep voice and Swahili language.
He passed on earlier today after a short illness as his family confirmed the sad news to the rest of the country.
"Today’s Friday is shrouded in deep sadness as we mourn the passing on of our brother Badi Muhsin, OGW. The late Badi was indeed a national treasure and revered by many across the country for his exemplary standards of journalism and his charming personality."
Governor Joho was a friend of the departed journalist who will forever be missed by many Kenyans who knew him.
