Nello says, "I see Black Market Records taking me to bigger levels, I was underground for a while due to not getting the right management and finding the right person to share this journey with me."
Black Market Records is a California based music company that has found roots in Africa and began its mission to help and empower talented musicians across.
" I represent Black Records in Tanzania." Immediately Nello utters this words, I feel the warmth surrounding him, it's like this cocoon and this particular shade is exactly where he belongs. He has been waiting for the right management and when it lands, he runs fast and far.
Who is Nello? If you are reading from Tanzania you definitely have heard about 'kizunguzungu' which is a song about Love. Love can be confusing, hurtful and all the sad things. It can also be like a shield, the best thing one can be blessed with.
When Nello sang about this, he automatically gained recognition locally in Arusha.
It's really funny how Black Market Records discovered Nello. When the CEO Cedric Singleton was narrating about their encounter, he said, " I discovered him from another artist's demo where he featured as a chorister."
Nello is basically an upcoming guru in the Bongo scene, maybe a little more credit but we are about to witness his growth from being independent and laying low to landing a deal with Black Market Records because of his euphonious voice. Everything this man touches turns to gold. We await his magnificent projects and progress.
