There love is however short lived as the two have now confirmed that they have gone separate ways. Lehman’s decision to shoot for a raunchy calendar is said to be the main cause of the breakup. Luis is reported to have fell in love with Aisha Lehman when he signed for Aston Villa in 2019 and it did not take long before the two started going out together. The two were happy together but Luis was not happy with her decision to show off her body and this led to the end of their relationship.
