BBC Journalist Larry Madowo Quarantines Himself

The BBC journalist in South America and of Kenya nationality quarantines himself.

Madowo informed the viewers and his fans on Tuesday 2 March that he took that action because he had mingled with someone who later on was found with Covid 19 virus.

"After doing a film in New York City last week one of my colleagues was found Covid 19 positive. According to the rules and regulations from the ministry of health, it has forced me to quarantine myself for 14 days," said Madowo.

Madowo posted some videos on his social media getting a Covid 19 test and said that this time he felt a lot of pain than when he was tested the first time.

However, Larry did not reveal if he had received the vaccine that was approved in December 2020.

Madowo moved to America in 2019 where he went to study for his degree in Business and Economics at a University in Colombia.

In June 2020, he was hired as a BBC journalist and he airs his reports in Washington DC.
