Nightfall Park's Management Breaks Silence After Being Accused of Failing to Pay Musaimo wa Njeri

The management of Night fall park hotel Thika has finally broken silence after famous Kikuyu secular musician Musaimo wa Njeri alleged that they did not pay him after his Sunday Night Performance.

The management now says that according to the contract, they were not the ones who were to pay Musaimo wa Njeri.

According to the club owner Mr Simon, they only signed a contract with singer John Njagi to perform on Sunday night and paid him in August.

After receiving payment, John Njagi told the club's management that he would come along with Musaimo wa Njeri and pay him.

"This is the legal document attached between John Njagi and the herein. deposit was paid in full to John Njagi on the 23rd Aug and the cash balance was paid in the presence of both parties so that they can share and incase of any misunderstanding, the herein (NighfallPark) isn't involved as the payment were submitted in full" Wrote Nightfall park on their official Facebook page.
