Don't Fight God's Will, Governor Mutua Comments After Breakup with Lilian

Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua has once again commented on the incident where his ex-wife deserted him, insists he is not in a hurry to fill her space.

Speaking on Sunday, October 24, 2021, Mutua said, “People go apart and come back together. It’s there in the Bible. It’s God who plans these things. If He says you’ll get back together, you will. Don’t fight His will.”

The County Chief added that his business empire which they named A&L Hotel (Alfred and Lilian) will not be renamed since they have not reached a point of sharing of wealth.

Social media in the last few days has been taken a buzz with photos of the newly found love birds, Lilian Nganga, and musician cum rapper Julius Owino aka Juliani.

The ‘Sitasimama Maovu Yakitawala’ hitmaker has shared their feel-good moment photos with his new better half and Kenyans cannot keep their cool.

According to Olivia Aganwa, a Nairobi-based relationship expert, Love is a special feeling. It is a strong affection towards others. Love can either be positive or negative.

Positive in the essence of compassion, kindness, and unwinding affection or concerns. Negative in the sense that love grows into familiarity which breeds contempt or over-dependence.

Love is the root of all relationships and one cannot be in a relationship without love. There must be friendship in love.

Ms. Aganwa begs the question, ‘What was the basis of Mutua’s love with Lilian and what is it now with Juliani? Did she fall for the money or the heart?”

Even though money has been said to be the root cause of all evils, a large percentage of love birds do so because of the financial benefits attached to it.

In this case, one party ends up getting drained financially and finally starts developing emotional trauma. The relationship can be compared to collecting water to a kiondo.

The governor however failed to disclose the real cause of the breakup saying that it would be gross disrespect to the other party.
