Deputy president William Ruto ally Hounerable Oscar Sudi has been dealt a blow after the court made a new rulling on his certificate forgery that was filled in 2016. According to Report. Hounerable Oscar Sudi had requested that the case be pushed forward since his lawyer was advised to take a bed rest for Three days by his doctor after illness.
Well, the magistrate claimed that , the case has dragged for many years in court and that there is no need of pushing it further. The judge therefore, requested all Witness to be presented within six day's of trial which is expected to commence on 26th October 2021.
Sudi us being Accused of claiming to have a diploma in business management. Something that pettioners are claiming it is not true. He is also facing forgery claim on his secondary School certificate which he obtained from Highway secondary. Well, let's wait and see how things will play out come that time.
