Kenyans on the social media have reacted to a viral video going round the social media sites of a training police crying and yelling in pains. The recruit is heard saying that he is feeling some dizziness but his trainer is insisting on him to roll on the ground.
The trainer laughs sarcastically saying that the recruit is saying that he is feeling dizzy. The other recruits are seen to be going under a tough moment rolling on the ground. One of the recruits is lying on the floor as the trainer is straining his muscles hard. Kenyans have expressed their mercy to the yelling recruit saying that the trainer should take time and listen to him other than forcing to do what is making him suffer.
In every year the government recruits new police officers and many come out to try their luck. However few are always aware of the challenges that the recruits go through. Some of them even end up losing their lives while in the training process.
Do you think that police officers who handle the recruits should have some mercy on them? What is your recommendation on the police training?
