"Asirudi Kazi Hapa Kesho", Why Pastor Ng'ang'a Fired His Male Employee on Live Television

Pastor James Maina Ng'ang'a of Neno Evangelism Centre on Friday night left his viewers in shock when he decided to fire one of his employees during a live TV session.

The preacher was leading in the Friday Kesha Service that was being streamed live on Sasa TV and social media pages when he decided to break ties with an employer.

Angry Ng'ang'a fired the employee after he decided to marry without allegedly following the right procedures of doing it.

Ng'ang'a was not happy that one of his employees who is supposed to be a role model to others had decided to marry a woman without following the required process.

While telling his flock and viewers to follow the required rules such as being introduced to the partner's parents and paying the needed bride price, dowery and penning down a legal agreement before marrying, Ng'ang'a noted that his employee had not done so.

According to him, a wedding is not necessary if one cannot afford it, but meeting the girl's parents is something that cannot be ignored and avoided

"Kesho asirudi kazi hapa, asifunguliwe gate, si amechukua msichana, asiingie hapa kesho. Sitaki kumwona hapa. Siezi kufundisha haya mafunzo yote then ufanye mambo ya unyama,"said the preacher, which loosely translates to

(He should not be allowed in from tomorrow, he took the girl, he should not come here, I cannot teach all these then he end up doing what he did)

He noted that so many couples are in come-we-stay kind of marriages but their parents have never blessed them.
